I am a bilingual (Spanish-English) therapist committed to supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate anxiety, trauma, identity, intimacy, and life transitions. My therapeutic work is grounded in cultural humility, compassion, and a deep respect for the inner wisdom and resilience each person carries. I strive to create a space where my clients feel safe, understood, and gently challenged in ways that foster healing and growth.

As a Latina therapist, I understand the layered complexity that comes with holding multiple roles while navigating systems that often overlook or misunderstand our lived experiences. My goal is to offer a therapeutic relationship rooted in cultural sensitivity, where clients can explore their stories, connect with their values, and build healthier, more meaningful lives.

I specialize in working with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, and relationship concerns. I also provide culturally attuned and identity-affirming therapy for BIPOC clients, as well as support for couples facing conflict, disconnection, or significant life transitions. Additionally, I have a special interest in working with women in midlife who are exploring purpose, sensuality, and personal reinvention, as well as Spanish-speaking individuals and families seeking services in their native language. I am passionate about offering an affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals exploring identity, love, and belonging.

My approach integrates narrative therapy, family systems, somatic awareness, and is informed by the Gottman Method for couples, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS). My style is warm, collaborative, and focused on supporting clients in recognizing their strengths while working toward meaningful change.
