Hi, I’m Lupe Vargas. I am a bilingual, trauma-informed therapist passionate about helping individuals reconnect with their authentic selves and live more fulfilling, meaningful lives. I provide culturally responsive therapy in English and Spanish, supporting clients through healing, growth, and self-discovery.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work from Metropolitan State University of Denver in 2017 and have since worked in diverse mental health settings serving the Latinx community, LGBTQIA+ youth, and individuals navigating substance use, trauma, and major life transitions. I particularly enjoy working with youth, young adults, and members of the Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) and LGBTQIA+ communities, along with their families.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, compassionate, and holistic. Together, we will create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your emotions, heal past wounds, and build healthier connections with yourself and others. I believe in a mind-body-soul connection, integrating mindfulness practices and a strengths-based lens to promote balance, resilience, and emotional well-being.
Whether you are healing from childhood or adult trauma, facing difficult transitions, or simply wanting to deepen self-understanding and relationships, I am here to walk alongside you. My goal is to help you cultivate self-worth, self-love, and self-acceptance, empowering you to live authentically and thrive.
If you are ready to begin your journey toward healing and growth, I invite you to reach out — let’s walk this path together.
